Who operates the program

Bowlerz Fit Pro is operated by Keglerz LLC. Questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to info@keglerz.biz.

Information stored

We store your sign-in identity and email, shop and employee account details, billing preference, submitted suggestions, and the bowler contact details, fitting measurements and ball records entered by your shop. Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. App records are stored online using the hosting platform’s Cloudflare database infrastructure.

Who can access records

Your shop’s approved members can access its bowler records. Other shop workspaces are kept separate. The program operator manages account access and may access stored information for support, maintenance or legal obligations. Hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to provide their services. Do not enter information you are not authorized to store. Avoid payment card details, medical diagnoses and unnecessary sensitive notes.

Early access

Access is subject to approval and may be paused. No payment is collected in this version. Monthly and yearly paid subscriptions are planned; pricing and paid terms must be provided before charging. Features may change during early access. Check fitting measurements and drilling decisions before using them. Keep an independent copy of critical fitting records.

Your control

Shop owners can manage employee access and edit or delete their own bowler profiles. Contact us to request a copy of your shop’s stored records, account closure or deletion. We retain records while providing your account and as needed for legitimate support and legal requirements; hosting backup retention may differ. Removing an employee’s access does not delete the shop’s records.

Program changes

Submitting a suggestion does not change the software. Only the program owner authorizes releases. Access to a shop workspace does not grant permission to edit the program’s source, calculations or features.
